Additional Documentation Required During the Selection Process:

  • Copies of all degree diplomas listed on the application
  • Copies of all academic transcripts listed on the application (Official certified English translations required for non-English records)
  • Copy of teaching license/certification
  • Current police clearance / criminal background check certificate
  • Official TOEIC score report (exempt for native English speakers from the UK, US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand)
  • An in-person or virtual interview (for candidates residing outside Chiang Mai)
  • Two professional letters of reference (one supervisory, one personal)
  • In-person verification of original credentials upon request

application Process (for thai nationals)

Step 1 

Please submit your completed application and required supporting materials via email to <hr@napa.ac.th>, by post, or in person to the Human Resources Department at Napa Chiangmai School.

Required Documentation:

  • Completed Napa Chiangmai School Application Form (Thai Staff)

  • Current Résumé or Curriculum Vitae (CV)

  • Recent passport-sized photograph

  • Copy of Thai National ID Card

  • Copy of House Registration (ทะเบียนบ้าน)

  • Copies of degree certificates and official transcripts

  • Letters of reference (up to two)

  • Official English proficiency test scores (if available)

  • Copy of Military Exemption Certificate (male applicants)

Step 2

Candidates will receive an acknowledgment upon receipt of their application. Shortlisted applicants who meet all institutional criteria will be contacted to arrange a formal interview.

Step 3

Successful candidates will receive a formal Offer of Employment. Upon acceptance, the following onboarding documentation must be provided:

  • Official Police Clearance Certificate (issued within the preceding 3 months)

  • Completed Napa Chiangmai School Health Declaration Form

  • English proficiency test results

  • Comprehensive medical examination report from a school-designated hospital

  • Copy of marriage certificate and child(ren)’s birth certificate(s) (where applicable)
